Most of the original daily updates were in a dino fuel thread that I added into the shut eye thread above.
I've had a shut eyed thread, but didn't get a lot of feedback. Now that he has gone into his fourth day of shedding, I'm getting really worried. He mostly sits with eyes closed now. Got active for a good bit yesterday while outside. With the weakened ability to shed, eye problems, and lethargy...

So last night Zeus found a secluded spot at the bottom of the cage. Today when the light turned on he stayed in the darker area, and I'm guessing is why he never woke up/ moved. At about 11:30 I went to move him, and for the first time that I can remember he hissed at me. I was able to get him...
I never had the RI confirmed as the hiccups and mouth gaps were seldom at best. With no discharge from nose or mouth, I had no cause for concern as it seemed to be more of an exception than a norm. I took him to the vet a couple weeks ago. I believe I posted most of the pertinent info and...

Above is the link to the thread that I was using to update and get advice on Zeus's current condition.
He has not made much improvement. While his ability to move around, climb, hunt, open both eyes at will...
So today he was awake by 9 AM. Better than yesterday. Although by 11 he was closing his eyes and sitting out of the light. Turned the 10.0 off. Hoping this will help eyes. Also took fecal sample to vet to get analyzed. Well see what they find out soon.
Yeah, we were thinking about trying the surgery. She went straight downhill over the next few days after this to where the prognosis was too poor to go forward. She was a great first Cham though, and taught me sooo much.
I feel like the 10.0 pales in comparison the sun or even then Powersun bulb that I use as far as brightness and intensity. As stated, if the Cham was bothered they would naturally seek shelter when properly acclimated for such a set up as they would naturally in the wild. When it gets down to...
He's about ten months. He was able to remove the shed from his eye on a tree while we're outside. We've been out her about an hr and a half, and I think ill give him another 30. He seems to be responding great. I think I will turn off the UVB for the time being. As long as it stays beautiful...
Temps now up to 86. Geez, I've been praying for this for him , and it looks as if my prayers have been answered. It was 64 and overcast this morning. What are the odds?
