Male Veiled 9mths old
My male typically eats everyday, although I do skip a day here or there. If i see a few crickets still in his dish I will not feed him the next day.
This isn't set in stone by any means, but is a rough idea of what I feed. I constantly change it up.
Day 1 - 10-15...
Or as others have mentioned @Haileybug state your post as an opinion, or "I'm no expert but here's what I think" type of thing. You should also try to proof read before posting. Everyone makes mistakes and has typos, but you can at least try.

Congrats on your purchase. Was this something that you have been looking for / wanting? Or just a "wow, thats so cool"?

I have used them as well with no problems.
But I do see the "want to play it safe" side of the argument as well. As long as you don't see your cham eating a lot of it, I'm sure it will be fine.
If the screen is a concern, could just add chicken wire to the outside. You will still have the fine screen to hold in your feeders, but will have something a lot stronger to hold out the unwanted!

I agree, my lights are all on timers, no need to worry.
So he doesn't go out with a bang... he goes out after a bang!! lmao!!
Thanks to everyone who has helped me out. I will admit, even as a grown man (physically) Most insects give me a bit of the willies! I am getting better though!
