I'm really  right now.
I talked to Marty from Mistking, and he told me I could hook an RO system up to my mistking from my washing machine.
I've seen the RO systems, watched videos on youtube, but am still unsure how you would tie the mistking to it.
Right now I'm buying...
Thanks Thompson!! I'm an idiot!! Sorry mods and everyone, just figured it out. Think my pump was too high above the water. The thing is so quiet I couldn't even tell!! Sorry again.
Ok, I don't know what I'm doing wrong.
I bought two mistking pumps. I plugged each one in directly to the wall to prime them, and nothing happened.
Then I plugged them into the timer set to "On" and still nothing happened. It can't be possible that both pumps are broken. I must be doing...
Ok, this is probably the stupidest question ever, but I can't seem to pull the hosing out after putting it into the mistking or a misting nozzle. Is there a trick to taking the hosing out?? I'm pulling very hard, but am afraid I'm going to break something. Thanks all!!
Hey all, thanks so much for the messages on the misting systems. I just got a mistking in the mail. I had to go with two pumps to run all our cages.
My question is that Marty once told me on the phone that I could hook up an RO system to my washer and then to the mistking. Does anyone know...
Hey guys,
I'm looking for a Mistking set up for 23 cages. Thing is, I need it by the 16th of this month. If anyone can help me on this, please message me asap. I've been trying to contact mistking direct, but I think Marty is in Calgary, and haven't had much luck getting ahold of him. I...
Thanks Dez! Thanks everyone!
@Scott- Yeah, it wasn't fun to dish out the money and work to do it. It surprisingly wasn't near the price I was hearing a garage conversion was on the internet, and I did almost all of it myself except for the electrical work. Besides just having the...

Hey thanks all. Really really appreciate it. It was a lot of hard work, things that I had never taken on before. They are the 36" height cages. I'm actually in the process of ordering a bunch of 48"ers because there are males that are more than ready and need for the larger cages. They were...
Jesus Christ, your crew is amazing!! Man, I love your males. Poseidon is the man! They are both hot! Keep those pics coming guys. Can't ever have enough Faly. :D
Agree with Dupontman here. You need higher heat for one, around 90 degrees. My method which has worked very very well for me is to put potting soil in a sandwhich container. Put little ramps on the sides for the crickets to crawl into. Have at least 1000 fully mature crickets to work with...
Good call Psi. I've never used the egg crates vertically, but that makes sense. Horizontally, you're just asking for a nasty mess of smelly rotting crickets. It took me a long time of buying crickets to figure out that they need vertical climbing vs cardboard just laying in the container.
@Eliza- Luckily, I have a buddy who owns a liquor store and passes them my way, but I've found all the local liquor stores usually don't mind to give them up. They make a world of difference from egg crates. Not to mention, Ghann's uses a similar set up with their crickets.
First thing, Dubias are great as a supplementary feeder, but they will not produce enough to just feed your cham solely on them.
Next thing, I really feel like I've perfected keeping crickets with little to no die off and little to no smell.
1. You need a large LARGE rubbermaid...
