    I do the same as @Nursemaia I buy 1/2" crickets in a box of 1000. I have barely no die offs. I just feed a few extra until the crickets get larger...

    Cup feeding just means that you attach a deli cup or something to the side of the enclosure and put the crickets in there. Crickets can't get out (for the most part) and you can keep better track of how much is being eaten. There are also more elaborate feeding cups. Deli cup Magnetic Camo...

    Pretty sure there are a few good reptile shops in Mississauga that could get you all the required feeders.... I know they have a nice Big Al's Aquarium services there. The store in Kitchener usually has all the worms I need.

    You definitely need to wash off the foliage... I put my plants in the shower, give them a good rinse. then I spray soapy (dish soap) water on all the leaves and rinse very well. Some people like to change out all the soil as well, I don't do this. I just make sure that I have nice sized rocks...
