yes i would get a bigger cage and change her lighting to the tube style uva-uvb. she should have a 40 watt regular house bulb over her for heat as well =)
Ah! Gives me the heebie jeebies. Mostly what I am switching away from live plants in all my cages. Although people do need to be aware the Chams can eat fake plants and it causes many problems. If a Cham is properly taken care of and on a good diet/feeding schedule they Shouldn't eat the leaves...
There are A ton of breeders on here. Check the classifieds but beware. What I tend to tell people is only buy from a "senior member"
Most of these people have done their homework and know how to raise healthy Chams
I've been told by many breeders that this is caused by a lack if
Vitamins. Make sure your not only gut loading right but supplementing right as well. What are you currently using?
Yes listen to dez. Very smart woman :-) leave your Cham alone. Most girls won't have a problem laying and then returning to their normal selfs. If she's still digging and laying after day 3 that's when I reccomend other means of care
I personally do not feed mealworms. Too
Much conflicting info about them. I do however feed Superworms on a weekly basis and have never had a problem with impaction. My Chams get about 10 worms per week
