My Suggestion: Buy a screen cage on craigslist, cover the sides with plasic (corrugated plastic, or garbage bags) and you are done. I've found that building your own could cost the same or a bit more than buying one used. IMO

Another word of advise, stay away from kijiji, if is not a reputable breeder. Many people would try to get rid of animals they purchased and can't keep anymore, they will tell you many stories just to sell it quick. And you might be buying just problems, sick chameleons, old ones not to...
That happens quite often, a lot of people will tell you what you want to hear just to make a sell. That's why I recommend you buy from reputable breeders or from an importer you know you can trust.
