Roaches are super easy to breed. Get more females than males. Put them in a decently sized bin with slick sides (so they can’t climb out), add ventilation screening to the bin. They do best in a bioactive set up - organic soil mix with some small isopods and springtails, leaf litter and cork...

Schefflera is a wonderful center plant with its many branches to offer little roads and lots of leaves for hiding in and drinking from. Pothos comes in several varieties and is the work horse plant when it comes to chameleons. Plant one low/on the floor and let it grow upwards and the leaves...

Kale is a bit high in oxalates, which bind to calcium. You can certainly give them to your roaches, but ideally only the ones you won’t be feeding right away.

Do you mean where to buy from or how to actually breed them?

Do you know anyone with bearded dragons that you can give them to? I definitely wouldn’t give to your cham if she already had trouble swallowing one. You could put them out for the birds to get a treat.
