The gutload alone isn't enough to compensate for the phosphorus in the insect exoskeletons - crickets and mealworms, even gutloaded, are still essentially "negative" calcium. The amount of calcium you'd have to gutload them with to balance it out would kill them.

The water level looks fine, it is quite a monsoon but with it being hot outside, it's not bad for him to get plenty of water.
As long as using all that water isn't an issue for you, it's a pretty darn cool setup. Looks cool to me!

Exactly. That's why it tends to be a shorter time period than it might be if you could measure it - some bulbs burn out a bit faster with the UVB than others, but there's no way to tell.

Superworms can be gutloaded with the same food as crickets, but I would suggest keeping them in either mealworm bedding (usually bran), oatmeal, or shavings to help keep them dry.
