Chameleonaire is officially done shedding, he’s getting so big lol. I can’t believe how much he’s grown since I’ve gotten him in April. How much more do you guys think that he might grow? His casque is getting tall ⛰️
Never be sorry for asking more questions! I personally have a high calcium dry gut load and then I make ice cubes out of veggies and fruits blended up to offer another source of nutrition for bugs.
I unfortunately live 100 miles away from the closest place that sells plants that can go in my enclosure, and I don’t even think that had monsteras when I last looked. Don’t have too many options I do realize it was a bit more spendy but I would have spent as much on gas as this plant I got lol.
Do I have to wash plants off that come from the bio dude or are they ready to go right out of the box? Also Mr. Chameleonaire began shedding today, feast your eyes on this flaky reptile.
Honestly love this dude even if he only tolerates my existence. Here’s him catching some uvb rays before bed. I hope all you guys are having a good week so far!
I think I’m going to buy some of those terracotta clay balls for the bottom of my next one and others in the future, never used them before but heard good stuff about them.
My money tree was the perfect water catcher and I just noticed the wood is all soft, root rot. I got a new centerpiece plant on the way now though, a monsters deliciosa. I’ve learned so much about plants in the last few months it’s amazing.
I bought a few and they grew way too big too fast so I haven’t gotten another yet. Last I looked for silk worms lots of places were sold out. Do you recommend a website?
Update with Mr. Chameleonaire, after a few weeks my bsfl finally turned into the flies and he absolutely frickin loves them lol. He’s been eating like a champ and I’m finally getting him used to Dubia roaches. I now have a consistent mix of bugs - crickets, bsfl/and flies now, and dubia roaches...
