Do you guys know about how long until it heals because this specific one is actually for sale and someone wants to know when they can pick her up. I don't want them to pick up a burned chameleon
I dont think she has been rubbing on her cage. When ever I see her she is usually on a plant 12" from the lights or her basking spot 3 to 4 inches from the lights. I don't think she has been touching her nose to the top screen but it is possible. The hole does not go all the way though.
While feeding my female veiled I noticed there was something dark on its snout so I took it out and I don't know exactly what it is but it looks all burned up. Also on the bottom part of the mouth on the black it has a hole or something forming. Please help I can't have her get sick. I will post...
If its not too big it should go through his system but there is a possibility of it getting stuck. Wait a few days and if he doesn't pass it then get an X ray. Keep him extra hydrated.
If my hand is near my female veiled, she will run over to it and look for food. She has shot at non food items in my hand like a small solar panel. Shes not the brightest lol :)
You won't find a veiled like this just around the corner dont miss the opportunity. Im selling her (she is my BEST veiled) because im getting more into the panther side
Selling a nice female veiled, very colorful for a veiled let alone a female would be nice as a breeder also. Make an offer. She lets you handle her, hand feeds, rarely puffs up and has never bit me. 1yr and 3 months old. She also is not the least bit picky.
Ok, I know this isn't recommended but I think I am going to rehome the lacerta (I have had her for a few days and I just don't think its the right reptile for me) and bite the bullet with a savannah monitor or a BW Tegu.
