    Veiled crown changed today!

Please fill out the rest of the form, I feel this could be MBD or a burn, or a combo of both. His legs definitely show signs of MBD, so without knowing your supplementation schedule we can’t make any suggestions to help

My problem with emergency vets is (in my experience) that they pull at your heart strings and play with your wallet. Honestly I’d go home and set up a trash can. If they’re not going to do anything with your girl until tomorrow you’re just giving them money for nothing (because at this point a...

    Water fountain dilemma!

^exactly right. Another thing to consider is if given the opportunity, a captive animal will not allow itself to go hungry or thirsty (unless sick). I’d remove it cold turkey and just make sure you’re giving ample spray sessions and a dripper (as needed). Chase

Since you’re in Europe, there is a chance he’s not a wild caught as there are more breeders working with this species over there

Kinyongia Fischeri General info / caresheet

I’d be very interested to see how the fecal comes back. If he’s been at that shop for a year, chances are he’s not got a heavy parasite load (most shops aren’t going to dump the money into testing and treatment- this cuts into profit). Chase
