My Cham is 7 months and has never attempted to bite. This is all new info to me that they bite humans, let alone break our skin to draw blood, seems quite hard to believe.
Yes the very large female crickets have a rod (looks like a stinger out there back end), its called a ovipositor and it to help them lay eggs i believe. That ovipositor could cause problems for your cham. May get stuck in there throat or even stabbed
My 4month Veiled Cham's lights come on @ 7am. My work scheduke is changing where im out the house @ 4am....would it be ok to drop his crickets in his enclosure free range before he wakes up and lights come on?
My newly 8 inch long mail veiled needs a set weekly schedule.... any advice would be much appreciated. I gut load my crickets with carrots and thinking to add to the crickets diet
