What are you supplementing with and how often? Pics of him and enclosure and filling this form out https://www.chameleonforums.com/threads/how-to-ask-for-help.66/ will help people help you tremendously.
Her mouth being open was probably her thermoregulating. It can also be a sign of respiratory issues if she makes any type of wheezing or crackling sounds with it so always keep that in the back off your mind to look out for. But in this situation it is likely just her regulating her temps :)
Yes I absolutely could! It was a pizza from a locally owned pizzeria I used to work at and everything was made from scratch for the most part and it was the best pizza ever! I mean, a change in toppings would be nice every now and then lol. But pizza has your bread, veggies, dairy, meats, so you...
How far away is the basking light from the vine/plant she is on? What are the temps at that spot, what is the wattage of the bulb? You likely wont see her drink right now. They can be shy drinkers, especially when acclimating to new surroundings so just keep the plants misted for her and check...

I would make my house as dark as possible during the day and put a bright light up in the corner of the room I suspected my cham to be in. I've never dealt with a lost one so I have no idea if it would work at all, but it seems logical. But I keep my house on the cool side, so if one did ever...
After 3 weeks and no reply, no shipping information, and being given the run around over the phone I would contact your card company/bank and get your money back.
He's going to get that bark in his mouth whenever he eats a cricket if he hasn't already, an aquarium is a terrible enclosure for a veiled. Vertical climbing space is needed, along with plenty of fresh moving air. That aquarium is going to harbor all kinds of bacteria resulting in all kinds of...
I've never dealt with them before, but in November this was posted to their facebook page and provides a different number than on their "contact us" page on their website. Hope this helps.
