Supplemental bumps are starting to go away 🥰😁

While my bioactive set up is still a working progress, i have a chameleon who craps down the side of her enclosure. I want it to be sanitary. What is everyone else using to clean up? I’ve had someone tell me chlorhexidine and I’ve literally never heard of using that in a reptile enclosure

Her basking area sits at about 77-78. Her appetite is picking out she ate some crickets and some worms today

But it says to use at every feeding? Why do it twice monthly?

🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️yes reptisafe. We have city water. I add reptisafe to it I bought a mistking and it started leaking everywhere so I’m waiting on my warranty replacement. Also, what about in the fogger? I don’t treat that water.

Today had been a big milestone for Jade and I. Today she trusted me enough to stand on my hand and wrist to catch a bug. She’s come so far. Can’t wait to keep the journey going

So since I had to replace my mister because it broke. Do you guys add reprisals water supplement to the mister water? 2. This powder was recommended to me because Jade is picky. Finger’s crossed 🤞 she will eat her food with it. How long do you think before her supplement bumps go away?

Shes going thru her first shed since living with me.

I don’t add calcium powder to them tho because they’re high in calcium and I don’t want to over do it

She loves those things I mean will run to them before even thinks twice about a cricket or anything else

She loves calciworms and they are loaded in calcium too. She doesn’t eat a whole lot of super worms tho.

I didn’t give them the oats the came from the store like that, my husband just dumped them in instead of putting them in. Also she eats a large cricket and loves them and will take them Over the small ones. When I gut load mine I give them broccoli pieces, strawberries, tomatoes, carrots...

Yes I had to go thru and clean it out 🤦🏼‍♀️. The oats aren’t in there anymore. I took it out last night. I told my husband to put her bugs in her feeder and that was the result.
