Just got a new Jackson's Chamleon, a male, fairly large. Needs a name!

My gf finally chose a name, he shall be Nikolai!

I noticed a small cut on my chameleons hind foot, it's slightly swollen.

Called my uncle Todd, he's zoologist/herpetologist in FL, he has some Jackson's as well. He said that Neosporin's ok for chameleons. So I put some on his foot he doesn't seem bothered by it, and has a nice, painfully, strong grip (he's breaking the skin on my wrist!) and now he's relaxing...

Should I use Neosporin? It doesn't look serious, just a small injury. Sorry for the poor picture, it's his middle toe.

Anybody know a good Jackson diet?

I also have a multi-vitamin calcium drip that I give to my iguana occasionally.

Anybody know a good Jackson diet?

I take him out in the sun once a day, at least, maybe more if he wants out.

Anybody know a good Jackson diet?

Also I dust with calcium powder, Flukers. It has vitamin D3.

Anybody know a good Jackson diet?

I don't think I'll trust wild bugs again, my Chinese Water Dragon died two years back by eating a pesticide covered roach that crawled into his cage (neighbors had a roach problem).

Jackson Chameleon just met his big sister, my iguana Ally.

I have a veritable reptile emporium in my room now, two snakes, an iguana, and a new Jackson's Chameleon. The chammy just met his big adopted sis, my 4 ft iguana Ally. Needless to say, they get along quite well despite him looking like a piece of lettuce.

    Alligator

I used to work with alligators in my grandfather's zoo, don't get one unless you know what you're doing and you're absolutely committed. These guys will get big, sometimes to an excess of 10 feet and up to 600 pounds. Every bit of their bodies is dangerous and they can have stormy tempers. Think...

Anybody know a good Jackson diet?

I feed my new Jackson' Chameleon a diet consisting mostly of large crickets, occasionally mealworms/waxworms. I feed him every other day, and dust his meals twice weekly. Is this a good diet or does anybody know a better diet for Jackson's Chameleons?

    Moon Glow Boas

Actually most snakes grow fairly quickly, some species of boa grow as much as one foot per year. But morphs tend to have a high price, even after a couple years after their discovery. If you want one, go for it but expect a high price.

    Moon Glow Boas

It'll probably take a year or two, morphs tend to stay popular for a while.

Just got a new Jackson's Chamleon, a male, fairly large. Needs a name!

I just got a big-ish (7-8 inches) male Jackson's Chameleon, he needs a name. The only names I could think of are Sergio and Dr. Zoidberg. Any suggestions on good Chameleon names?
