Me too! I got one of those candle lighters with the long ends so I wouldn't burn myself. The smaller lighters would for sure create a risk to burn you.

Same! Melt it first then, once it cools test it with your hand to make sure there are no more sharp edges :)

That is fantastic news! I like to give my babies a little treat after I am done messing in their enclosure too so they know something good happens after I'm adding sticks or cleaning.
