I agree with @Beman, you need to adjust the branches in his enclosure to make sure he is getting proper UVB, without it he will get sick. We are happy to help you get the proper adjustments for your beautiful guy.

I agree. Note that parasites do not shed oocysts (eggs) all the time so you may have some false negatives.

I agree with this. Basking temp is too high. This could be the cause for his behavior you are concerned about.

I think misting or using a dripper would be fine. Fogging with high temps would be bad.
