Hey guys, one thing I’ve noticed from her since i bought Yo-yo is that she has a few dead looking scales on her forehead and a few on her sides. Any suggestion of what to do or if it’s natural? I look up information on different sites but some say it’s shedding and some say it isn’t natural. Thanks!

Yo-yo is a juvenile veiled i recently purchased from Petco, I'm not sure of its gender, I'm leaning towards female? I cant seem to find any spurs on the backs of its hind legs. Could anybody help me to see if its a boy or a girl? ( Pictures Below )(y)
