She has changed colors drastically, and has been running non stop. I have tried her favorite feeder so many times.. and she just refused. if that is the case.. is there anything else i can do?

My friend bought from a petco.. his cham is now spoiled, and thriving. when the cham was purchased, it was a complete black tone, and was rubbing its eyes constantly. after many vet apts, the cham is now a year old, and bright orange.

Also: her lay bin is at the bottom of her enclosure, and she is barely down there. she would way rather be on her sticks. I am wondering how she would know to go there to lay her eggs, or if she would randomly just lay them somewhere... (Sorry for all the questions.)
