I believe you can feed High Protein to your breeders ONLY. You would have to have a seperate breeding colony and feeder colony. High protein as mentioned, is not good for your chameleon (great for roaches for breeding, but will cause a serious condition called Gout in your cham). I feed all my...
:eek::D:Dok I know this is your faly thread, so we will get back to the faly business but I am not gonna lie...I am a little excited about that Bok news...just a little though...
:eek:OMG...I get April-August and only from about 9:30am-ish to 2pm-ish...hmm that is kinda a bummer! Great info though! Now I don't feel so bad not getting them out first thing in the morning!! Or at all right now for that matter! Might explain why Claude was so happy to go back into his cage...

There are a ton of different opinions on everything related to chams lol it really is a unique experience...I just try to look at it from thier point of view...tiny little cham, enclosed space, large scary monster on the outside reaching and grabbing at me...I would bite it too! haha I tried to...
A week really isn't enough time for them to adjust and the more you try to force her to be handled the more afraid of you she is going to be. It was recommended to me by 2 different breeders to give them a few weeks (3-4) to adjust...that does not mean you cant try hand feeding or other small...

I am sorry you feel I was being negative, as stated I was not trying to be rude. As far as a professional opinion...the human pharmacist you talked to I can almost guarantee knows nothing about what antibiotics will do your cham. Most vets do not know how to properly medicate a cham, which is...
