For automatic misting I’ve used Mist kings which are awesome and the best I’ve used. Climist is also supposed to be very good, but I don’t have any experience with them. I’ve also used the zoomed reptirain. It’s not even close to the performance, ease of use, or quality of the mist king, but...

I can't find anything saying that it is high in oxalates or goitrogens, and from what I can see it has about a 1 to 1 calcium to phosphorous ratio and high vitamin A content. Looks like it should be fine to me
