Too soon to tell sex of veiled?

You can sex veiled chameleons right out of the egg. If it were male, it would have a spur behind each of his back feet. I don't see one, so yours is female, although your pictures are a little blurry.

    UPDATE on Neil

That front leg is not normal. It is not supposed to be curved like that at all, and you can see that he is lying down as opposed to standing up, because he's having trouble standing up. This guy really is a trooper though. I wouldn't be surprised if you woke up one morning and he was completely...

    Locale Male Panther?

I would say sambava. But there really is no definite way to tell unless he is WC or you have access to lineage information. Just as a reference, your friend should not breed this chameleon if he doesn't have either of those two things, as it could make him liable, and it would mess up anyone...

    Chameleon Fights

This seems a little specific to be just out of curiosity. If the bone isn't hurt, the damage may not be so bad, but if it is, I would head to the vet.

A lot of people have been mentioning supplementation. One of my chams has very mild edema, and I guess it couldn't hurt to cut back on the supplements for a while.

Help. How to tell if WC

There is no way whatsoever to tel if a chameleon was wild caught, unless you have been told so by the person you bought it from that it was. There are some indicators, but they are far from conclusive or a credible way to tell: parasite load, temperament. But both of those can be in the extremes...

Getting pretty confused on lighting options

You don't need a 150w. What temperature is your house? You will likely only need a 50-75 watt basing bulb to achieve the best temperatures. Also, you won't need that plant light, the UVB reptiglo will work in the same way. But the plant light does not do the right thing for the reptiles, so you...

Do anyway use repashy calcium plus lod food

Don't these have too many vitamins to use every day? Like how it's dangerous to dust with multivitamin too much? The calcium plus has multivitamin, right? Or am I mistaken. I ordered some dinofuel too, I was planning on using it as a gutload but if I can dust with it that would be easier. Are...

Panther chameleon, Riki, is usually black all day?

All of those feeders are great in nutrition as long as you gut load properly. Superworms can be used for the odd meal or two without gut loading. Silkworms only eat mulberry, but they are still healthy. I have three containers of supplements. One of them is calcium without D3, one of them is...
