I will just stick with my trusty Fluval Plant LED fixture. It’s expensive but I love that I can turn off the red LEDs, it’s fully water proof, and it has a sunrise and sunset feature. Thanks!
@Beman I’m so sorry for the typo. These daylight bulbs are T5HO! With that said, do you think it’s worth a shot to daisy chain 3 of them at 2% UVB output each? Maybe then I could ditch the 6% UVB bulb and just have 3 T5HO daylight bulbs for a bright, natural look and they cover the UVB...

Beman what do you think about daisy chaining 3 of these Arcadia T8 fixtures with the 2% UVB bulb? That would knock out UVB and the daylight fixture for plants and it would look really cool.
I just want to add that my profile pic is of Tony as a baby. He was an absolute lunatic for a few days and then turned into a marshmallow. They’re just a little insecure, that’s all.
I ordered a juvenile ambilobe male from Fram’s. What sold me was the description of his “unique personality” and that visceral reaction to the photo shoot. This is the way my Herbert was as a baby and he grew up to be a big sweet dinosaur. I’m told this guy is already bigger than the others...
If Geo needs a new home I will be happy to take him. I am around Philadelphia so sending his equipment isn’t necessary or cost effective. I’ll just buy all new stuff and set up an enclosure. I will also pay for appropriate shipping via Reptiles2U. Just let me know. Thanks!
I’m so happy to read these updates. My brother passed in February, God bless him. It’s been 6 months now and I am determined to get a chameleon again. I will try to adopt of course but if that doesn’t work out, maybe Camiezone can help.
Hello all,
If anyone has a chameleon they would like to rehome, please message me. I would be happy to provide a loving home. I have plenty of experience in raising chams from juveniles to “old” age, even sick chams and have the means to provide them with top quality veterinary care...
Mr Herbert lived in our finished basement where the kids watched TV. I tried moving him into to a quiet room for privacy and he displayed dark colors, as if he were depressed. Moved him back to the room with the kids and the TV and Herbert was happy again. He really enjoys people watching!
Both of my baby dragons arrived safely in Florida and Utah respectively. God bless these two lovely ladies for welcoming my reptile babies into their homes in a time of need. There was no delay on these forums. I asked for help and help came straight away. I could cry. God bless the...
Your thoughts and prayers are all so beautiful and appreciated.
As an update, Tony is being adopted by Stephh and ships out next Tuesday. Stephh, God bless you and your husband for helping me and my Tony out!
I do not have Eustis. I forget who he actually went to. My brother was diagnosed right around the time I was discussing Eustis’ adoption and it has only gotten worse.
