I would giver her 15 feeders and see how much she eats. Hopefully that will help her gain. You can buy Reptivite with D3 and use that in place of the multivitamin you already use. 2times a month.

Also, what is your chosen method for misting and do you have proper drainage? If you are using an automated misting system, it can get pretty wet at the bottom...
