That will happen I had plenty of crickets running around the whole time and they would still snag a brother or sister right next to em. :/ I guess its just mantis law to eat whats closest :P

I had Cloud out and went by Ghost who was in a very visible area apparently. Cloud instantly fired up for the first time but had kind of relaxed by the time the camera came out. :/

I order from Ghann's and Armstrongs. They are both good for crickets in my opinion. If you want egg crates if you order enough crickets you will get some in the box with the crickets. You can also buy a lot of eggs at one time like 5 dozen and get the egg crates from them. :D

Anytime I drive by a house that has plants outside I wonder if those are for chameleons or not. When I drive by wooded areas around town I am looking for awesome looking branches or vines in the trees :D

It looks like in the pic with the tube that the pump is missing the collett to hold the tube in the pump. The tube should be a snug fit if there was a collett there and it seems like yours kind of hangs there.

I feel ya and I will never buy the containers like that. The petsmart by me sells those and crickets they put in a fish bag. I will buy the ones that are in a bag but not those in that type of container. Those containers here are sealed and the employees can't open them :/
