    Veiled Fetus *photos*

The thing that I don't understand is why my picture of a necropsy showing parasites was offinsive and deleted and these aren't? I don't personally have a problem with them but I am just confused.

    Brev/pygmy cages

Do you mean the isopods you can find under wood and such? I am thinking of setting up a pygmy enclosure and was wondering if a waterfall would be bad if you had one of those small canister filters like they use on frog terrariums? Or maybe even a UV sterilizer to kill bacteria? I know they...

When to start feeding off Dubia

I was thinking about that. I'll set some aside and raise them to adults. How long does it take a baby roach to reach adulthood?

When to start feeding off Dubia

I have two that are about 3-4 months old. I have roughly 20 males and 20 females. I have a lot of babies, not really sure how many but probably at least 150 with more every day. I haven't been feeding more than one here and there to the chams since I didn't want to reduce the numbers too much.

When to start feeding off Dubia

Hey guys, I have had some dubias for almost a month and they are having lots of babies. My chams are still small so they eat smaller nymphs. When should I start feeding them to the chams? I have been feeding some but still mostly crickets. I have read it takes several months but I assume...

All I can say for sure is the guy is full of bull. That cham is in very bad shape and like someone else said there is a good chance he won't make it.

    No misting

Oh yeah, you'll be fine. I have glued water lines and aquarium lines and used them withing minutes. If you waited overnight you are more than fine.

    No misting

What kind of glue is it? If it is PVC glue you shouldn't have any problem after a few minutes.

    My little veiled

Just an update. I got a female a couple of weeks ago too. She is a little bigger than him and they are both growing like weeds. I have them set up in two 24x24x48 cages. I need to get some new pictures up of them. I would like to thank all the helpful people on this forum. I have learned...

please hurry up, need help, he is not eating or drinking

What everyone is trying to tell you is that the first thing he needs is hydration. Worry about all the supplements later, hydration is the immediate threat. He does not look well.

chameleon - monitor - any correlation?

How do you know at what age to start feeding less? Am I right to feed the juviniles as much as they want and then to start feeding them less as they get older? I am not sure at what age/size to feed how much.

    When to take them outside

About the same as yours. I'd say the male is 3 months and the female is about 4-5 months.

    When to take them outside

Hey guys. I have a couple of juvinile veileds and was wondering exactly how hot it has to be before you should take them outside. Today it is in the low 70s with a little wind. Is there a general guideline? I want to take them outside as much as possible. Thanks, Michael

Lets see some pics of you and your NON-HERP hobbies

Cool. I have seen lots of videos and finally got to see him fly in person at IRCHA (international radio control helicopter association) last year. I wish I could do half of what he and several other people there can. I have always wanted to see those robot fights but haven't heard of any...
