    Seems like my Jackson enjoys eating plants a lot. He eats insects too but I see a lot of leaves in his enclosure with bite marks. Any suggestions to get him eating more insects?

    Baby Panthers (secret eaters?!?!)

    My veiled rarely if every ate in front of me. She always did it while I was a good distance away. If I snuck up on her I could catch her eating but for the most part she didn't want to eat when I could see her. Maybe some sort of instinct to avoid predation in the wild?

    I think at 5 years old I would be cautious. Life span is around 8 years for males and 6 for females

    What I did for my cage was I went to lowes and bought a Blackhawk plastic shelves They are about 35 dollars Srill holes in the bottom of cage and placed a bucket underneath the cage. The shelves have openings that will allow the water to go to the bucket

    Calcium without D3 every feeding 15 crickets a day but they are 1/4 inch and she getting to where she can eat 1/2 inch. I have a laying area in her cage that has 8-9 inches deep of dirt and plan on adding more Plus room for an additional bin if needed. She only 3-3.5 months so I didn't...

    Yes about 3 hours into bed time. I increased her misting to 1 min every 1.5 hours. I was thinking maybe she needed a longer misting with the biggwr cage but she seems active and better already this morning Thank you chase

    If you buy a baby then you would want to start with a smaller cage so they can learn to eat, hunt and what not.
