are you cup feeding? because with that size enclosure and your little cham with pin heads running around it may be kinda hard to track how many are getting eaten.
yes its a feeder cup, there is a vid on here of how to turn a milk jug into a feeder cup. works really well also makes it easier to track your chams eating habbits.
what uvb do you have? it looks like you may have a little to much foilage, go get a ficus and put that in there and take out about half of that fake stuff. You may want to prop that light up off the cage so as your cham doesnt climb up there and get a burn.
that size should be fine for now, you will want to go bigger later on, at least a 3ft tall. with your bulb you really just have to figure out what your temps are and go from there, do you know what your temps are now?

Veileds grow very fast, in about a years time they will be nearly full grown. I would reccomend an all screen enclosure at least 3ft tall and 2ft in depth and width.
my babies ate about 12 small crix a day, depending on where you get them. if you are getting them from a pet store you most likely are getting variable sizes, so feeding numbers will be up and down. Once the cham gets bigger you start feeding different and bigger feeders so mine only eat about 6...
