how bout a low rim of something say like caulk. you could put it on the three sides.

yeah...i was thinking of something like this. ill get some while at lowes today.

first off i wasnt paying attention when i bought it. didnt realize it wasnt wired. when i found out it wasnt i figured id try to do it myself. anyways as far as i can tell everything is right and the bulbs are brand new. im gonna try a few things but then i am returning it to lowes...

i will fiddle with some things but the fixture may be bad. if anyone else has any ideas please let me know. other wise im gonna return it tomorrow if i have no luck.

i think it may be something with incompatibility with the cord. damn i need to find that wrapper
