well it depends on your set up i mist till it is all watery. usuall.y a minute ..but my cage is not big. its kinda small ... but i mist till the humidity reache 75%

to wat i know a vieled would enjoy himidity of 50%-70%.

that is one way to see it lol...

i have mine dripping down on leaves or vines..
