    Water Build up?

    do you still have the two in one cage? they need to be separated. To prevent the buildup you can put a plant below where the water drops, or you can build a drainage system. you can look this all up with the search.

    So you are using an exoterra? Oh brother not again, let me guess the people at the pet store said it was a good cage for chams cuz their picture is on the box. You cham is probably to hot in the tank.

    forget the waterfall, just make sure you mist and put live plants inside your enclosure and you will be fine.

    they should look like ankles, if not then you most likely have a female. and if you have a female make sure that you know what you are in store for. females take more care than males.

    how high is its cage located? it may be trying to get higher. they open their mouth when they need to cool down, check your temps.

    If you want to watch something really exciting and fun get some BB flies, that will really jumpstart your chams hunting instincts.

    Is this a good complete setup for a Veiled Chameleon?

    If you want to go with a cleaner look you could use the hood but the night bulbs arent necessary. But you can get a reptisun and a clamp light for less than that hood will cost you. The bottom of the LLL cages are a piece of pvc which make it easy to clean and modify for a drainage system...

    get to know your cham but if you did you research you would have known that veileds are known for being grumpy.
