You want to make sure your cham can get within a good 10 inches or so to the uvb bulb if not closer... if it can only get 14 inches close the bulb isnt doing much at all.
you dont need the infrared heat bulb, they can see the red and 250watts is like..insanely high. i assume you got this for...
