Is it normal for little babies to be so skinny?

Quite normal. Even juvenile chams can look skinny with big heads. It's about them being fast growers, and all that jazz. Harry

Hi everyone, Well, I've been up all night. I'm sure I'm not the only fool who watches tracking when they have new chameleons arriving. I'm getting a Lucifer Jr baby male, and Zanzibar, a 2 year old Ambilobie from Chad. Both are still at the FedEx hub waiting to get on the truck. I hate...

Just purchased our 1st chameleon concerned?

Females are no harder then males...you'll know what to do if you keep hanging out here. All my females but one loved me to death, and they will let you know when It's time to go into the laying bin. Harry

4 month panther, can he go into a large cage yet?

I prefer to wait until the 5 or 6 month mark before going into such a large cage. But that is mostly because I don't cup feed. If you do cup feed, I see no reason not to transfer him now. Harry

    If impaction ever occurs...

While I would love a photo to see if she is gravid, if she is near the bottom of the cage alot, and seems hyper, then a laying bin is in order. It's normal for a gravid female to stop eatting when ready to lay eggs. Harry
