I had to make the same decision, I already had my female veiled TiKi for about 1 1/2 months when I resales she was a female, I decided to keep her because I was attached to her. Beauty isn’t everything, but the egg laying situation is something I’m not exited for :(

I love veileds, and if your a first time owner they are a bit easier than panthers and Jackson’s. Just do lots of research and don’t forget, there’s no such thing as too much research :)

Hi, I just noticed a little spot on TiKi’s chin, I don’t know what it is and I don’t know if I should be concerned or not. I don’t think it’s a burn but might as well find out. Here’s a few pictures, please just let me know so I can stop being paranoid.
Last night TiKi kinda went on like a pooping spree, and there was 2 fresh feces 1 with a average sized urate and 1 without a urate but I did find this large urate, the feces were both healthy but the urate looks a little strange to me. Anyone see anything unhealthy about this giant, loose urate?
