My biggest concern now with this thread is that some kid reads this, knows the area and now wants to catch 1. The fear that he doesn't get shot or worse killed.

His colors are coming in. Babies are normally brown or greyish. No color. What makes him awesome is his golden body. I have I feeling he gonna be extremely red or in the color spectrum. It could all change as he grows but to display at that color at a young age he's truely gonna be a stunner.

Just though I'd share a pic. He's from my Gizmo + Violet pairing. He's around 3.5 months now. Yes definitely a future breeder. :D

What are you feeding him and how much, how often? He should be eating at least 12 crickets a day, everyday. From the picture I would guess he's 4-5 months old. Even if it was a female it should still be twice the size. He still looks male but just haven't developed. Hope that helps a...

He looks very small for 1 year old. How big is he? He should be pretty close to full grown at 1 year.

Juveniles can display colors that aren't normal for their local but completely go away when they mature.

Hes 100% Ambanja. He came from Dessirae at Chamalot chameleons. He looks like a very light Ambanja at rest its only when he fires up that he goes white.
