I'm going to one this weekend in Sarasota Florida. It'll be the first reptile show that I've been to so, I'm hoping it's a good one that has lots of interesting animals :)
thank you. We usually post for sale on FB. I don't know how many we'll have available as we'll be keeping some and we have a wait list. It's a small clutch (20 eggs - 12 have hatched) and I don't know how many males yet.
Thanks, I'll keep a look out. I've been looking for a colorful Nosy Be
My Benny came today. He was kinda dark ,but still cruising the top of his cage earlier, next time I checked him he was a beautiful shiny sea foam. Well after dinner I'm sitting watching him shed wow he is crazy pulling it off lol he's so funny right now.
I think my Benny is the bomb :)
My Wilma...
I'm actually thinking lights and misters off around 6pm. It seems once the sun reaches the western side of the house, my Cham starts getting into the bedtime mode regardless even though it's still light outside
Thanks for your imput
Opposite - going to sleep wet from misters
I know that he gets wet sometimes from the misters in the evening. If he and the cage are still wet,is this ok? It's dry by the morning before the misters come back on. Or should I back off the timers a few hours before sunset?
I'm going to this weekend :) ( I'll be rinsing his cage ) and it'll be my first time taking him out of his cage. I'm giving him lots of privacy till then I only mist and feed
All the pictures I try to take of Eddie don't turn out very sharp. I only have my phone camera, is there a trick to getting a good close picture? He's only a little guy
My room temp is in the 80s this time of year. My breeder had said I don't need a basking light with it being summer temps.
I can see the confusion as I reread my posts. When/ if I have the light on those are my temps now. If I used my basking light I would have to move him inside with the AC...
