Ok I have a Exo Terra Sun Glo Neodymium basking spot lamp 150W and the temps 99 to 95 to 90 at times then I had a 100W one and the temps are 85 to 80 at times. So with one is the better one to use :confused: Oh ya my cage is 24 by 24 by 48 and he is a Ambilobe Panther Chameleon Thank You
