cant get my veiled to eat some small roaches or hornworms that i just purchased. just looks at the roaches, tried putting them on their back, still nothing, the horn worms move like eor so dont know if he even recognizes them. any tricks to feed these besides by hand? the little roaches are kind...

Are all veileds heads or veil always a dry dead look? Or just some? Most pics i see of older veileds the area is brownish, any way around this or is that just nature?
i just put plastic mesh material around the bottom of my plant that also covers my catch pan, the water still goes thru but no crickets drownd, i was having same problem
anyone figured out any tricks to put veggies in besides cup feeding? my guy doesnt like veggies out the cup, he will find them on a branch if i leave it there but its just hard to balance it and most the time it falls. i was thinking maybe some kind of little plate attached to side or something...
