The vet explained the phosphorus to me basically the same exact way you put it.
I did mention my gutloading in the "how to ask for help" form i posted in the beginning. I said I gutload with all types of greens and carrots.

Yeah i am hopeing he will come out okay. Rango perked up right away when dr.driggers gave him the iv and anti biotics. I just hope that if he gets through this there wont be too much long term damage, and that is what is worrying dr.driggers
Well, I just got back from the vets. I ended up going to Dr.Driggers for an emergency appt. Driggers said rango has an extreme infection and he doesn't know what it is. He did blood work and found that. He also did another exam thing and found that his Uric Acid level, phosphorus level, and...
I just got a vet appt at 3 pm today. I will update you guys asap. Im not going to Dr.Driggers because they are closed but his office recomended us to where we're going.

He has always ran to the mister when its misting time and has always drank right away except recently. The 50% humidity usually only last till the water is dry after a misting. I have always been told anything over a 40 watt will hurt the chams eyes???
Sorry, I meant that I have not seen him drink in the past few days, when usually I do. My misting system goes off 3 times a day for 45 seconds each. My dad says that 45 seconds is as long as the mister will go off at one time. I am giveing him mistings outside currently. Will try to get pics up...
