Average 8-9 month old panther size?

Like I said, get him checked for parasites at your reptile vet ASAP. That can definitely be a factor, and it's really common with chameleons.

Chameleom seems rather small for his age...

Like I said in your other thread on this topic: he looks pretty thin to me. A parasite check and a check on those hemipenes should be done ASAP. I'd definitely prioritize the parasite check, and feed him as much as he wants of well-gutloaded feeders daily- maybe twice daily. This is not a...

Your Panther?? Mojo, isn't it? I haven't given Vladislav vegetable matter, since that's more of a Veiled thing. I'm sure he'd eat it, though :P

    Just a rant..

In Canada, owning a gun is not a constitutional right :) This is all getting a bit political for me, though. Catch you guys laters!

    What am i doing wrong?!

How are the babies doing? Any updates?

Do you sometimes dream about chameleons?

I once dreamed that I had forgotten to close Vladislav's cage, and also forgot to secure the door that keeps my roommate's cat out of the reptile area. In my dream I ran to the reptile room in that kind of dream-run where you try and try but can't move any faster than a crawl. I burst into the...

    Question about ball python morphs

http://www.worldofballpythons.com/morphs/soul-sucker/ It gives you the list of genetic traits you need to get a "soul sucker" on the left hand side :)

What is the strangest thing your chameleon has ever done?

This seems somehow more in line with the general chameleon personality lol!

    Just a rant..

I think the grey/black market issue is part of why they did it, to be honest. This is the main hotspot in Canada for illegal imports, but they are hard to catch unless they are literally stopped at the border with baby alligators strapped inside their underwear. So, they basically said "these...

    Question about ball python morphs

Mmmm isn't soulsucker usually granite+hidden gene woma+lesser? In any case, if you paired a mojave+HGW to a lesser you'd only have a 12.5% chance of hitting a lesser+HGW, and it's half that if you're wanting the granite added in too, and it's the same odds for the BEL. Not good odds at all, but...

    New Cham - small/weak/blind? Help!

Just make sure you get those samples to the vet! Keep us updated.

    Just a rant..

Sweet art piece! Also, heh. A city near me recently passed a bylaw saying that certain "advanced" species of reptile and amphibian are banned from the city unless the owner holds a permit. You have to apply to have special permission to purchase, sell or transfer ownership of the listed...

    New Cham - small/weak/blind? Help!

Hoo boy, where do I start! lol. Bear with me here... That is because she is stressed. You have only had her for 5 days- chams can take 2 weeks or more to get used to a new feeding regimen, let alone a new home, enclosure, caretaker, etc, and it's worse if they are unwell. Trying something one...

Average 8-9 month old panther size?

My 9 month old could probably comfortably eat your little guy! But then, Vladislav was twice the size of any of his clutchmates, straight out of the egg; the others never caught up. I'm still offering food every day, since he is still shedding regularly (ever 3 weeks or so), which indicates to...

Chameleon moves in a Jerking movement. Hasn't done it so much before...

I would not use vitamin/calcium/D3 mixtures. You will likely over supplement or under supplement your cham. I use Reptivite as a multivitamin twice monthly, which I believe many here do, as well as a separate Calcium/D3 twice monthly and a plain calcium supplement for daily use. Your cham looks...
