Obvious answer is ZERO in the enclosure.
For cricket watering, I would say a very small amount will do, and from the looks of the size of the bag, you will never run out.
Here is a site that I got my Senegal from, they have pics of the 3 that are most up for debate here.
My vote is still for Flapneck.

Not a Senegal, It is a Flapneck for sure. I own a Senegal and the heads are shaped differently. It is definitely a Flapneck.
For some decent Senegal pics, click on my profile and look in my album marked Senegal. The head is a tell-tale sign of what you have.
I am glad you said that. A coworker of mine said I should just get some ladybugs to put in the cage, they even mentioned that since they fly, that the cham would probably eat them as well. I will have to tell her that while it is a good idea, it is also a bad idea...
I have one myself and I am still learning (from Karma and others) what to do right, otherwise I would offer suggestions.
Post pics of yours! There are not too many Senegal owners on here. (They are not as "valued" as some of the other species, but I like mine).
Ok, but how do I remove them from my cham safely? I picked them off by hand but, if I can do it faster and with less stress, then great.
I do have a live hibiscus in the cage, I am strongly considering removing it if aphids will be a future problem.
Thanks for the help!
What are these things? Any idea where they came from? How should I go about getting rid of them?
I noticed them tonight and squished about 10-15 of them throughout the night.
I picked 3 off my cham and noticed them all over the cage. I have no idea what they are and am a bit concerned...
I would get it to a vet asap if you are concerned about fungus. Since a lady dropped them off, she probably caught it since you were not charged for it. My advice is get it checked out by a vet, get as clean of a bill of health as you can and get your cage set up quickly.
As far as lamps go...
I am pretty new at this myself, but since I am up, I will try to help where I can.
1. Get some lighting going, 12 hours on/12 hours off is a good schedule. You will need a basking bulb and a UVB bulb. I have been told that UVB 5.0 is what you need, stay away from the UVB 10.0. (If I am wrong...
I just made my own DIY drip system. I will post pics later and possibly make a video to post on my page on Youtube. It is pretty simple. All I used was a submersible pump, some 1/4 inch tubing, some connectors and some drip heads from Lowes. The video will be pretty detailed since I couldn't...
Hey everyone, I have found a few members from the KC, MO area, and I was just wondering, if there are more.
Anyone in the KC, South KC, barely into Kansas area?
Also, if anyone is planning on going to the KC Reptile Expo, let me know. I would love to get tips in person.

I have a Repti-Breeze 18x18x36 and like it pretty well. My one complaint is that when I got it from Amazon, the packaging was all jacked up, the stickers for the sides were all out of order, and it was missing a few of the predrilled holes for the screws.
All in all, it was nothing that a...
