You are fine to feed the crickets. Just toss the moldy food. I feed oranges to all of our bugs every day. I replace them daily if not totally eaten to prevent the mold.

Hi, Ambilobes are not imported that often due to the abundance of availability here in the U.S. If they are truely imported the cost difference will most likely reflect the associated costs of importation. I would go with the one that you like the best :)

Some calcium supplements stick to bugs more than others. I use a 32 oz. deli cup when dusting my feeders. Toss in a bunch of crickets sprinkle on some cal. powder and shake. Works so much better than a bag for dusting. I use the Repashy Super Calcium and it is not as "chalky" as others and...
