I find absolutely no risk of impaction as long as you use fine organic soil with no additives. They are built to naturally pass a little dirt through but not coco fibre, perlite, etc. If you could replace that soil with something without the white bits it be better.

Hand feeding. If she won't take from your hand you can start with a cup first. Offer once a day for the first feeder and eventually they learn you bring food.
The reason I suggest to take it back is as a new chameleon keeper it is much easier to take care of a chameleon that is healthy from the start. Breeders often provide much better care than pet stores. If it's been chronically dehydrated most its life it will likely have problems later down the...
That little one looks very unhealthy. If they have a health policy I would consider taking it back. Looks extremely dehydrated and possibly has a uri if it's holding its head like in your profile picture all the time.
The 5.0 reptisun bulb that comes in the chameleon kit is not a good uvb bulb. You should upgrade to a linear t5 or t8 fixture with a reptisun 10.0 or Arcadia 12% uvb bulb.
As a big fan of ghost hunters one thing they often go off about is the effects that emf can have on humans like hallucinations, nausea, and vertigo. I wouldn't be surprised if emf can effect animals as well.
