I use a heat gun to measure the temps

My basking temp for my panther is around 26 degrees c (4 months old) but sometimes he sits there with his mouth wide open and was wondering if if I took it up to 29 wich I see is recommended would that be too hot for him

Ill have to look into that led light but I am using a monsoon mister for him jus after a few more plants to put into his new and bigger enclosure in the next few week

No he was brought from pet store close to home I did try to get intouch with a few breeders what I looked at on the net but none got back intouch with Me after a few weeks of waiting. He's very good looking in my eyes so I'm not to fussed if it's red bar or blue bar after looking into it abit...

It is the 18x18x36 what I have at the moment but I know I will have to be getting a bigger enclosure as he grows

I have a muji already I was just seeing if there was any cheaper options on the market

Currently own a muji enclosure but I will be needing something bigger for my male very soon would love to have a custom enclosure for him

So at what age would he be showing his true colours or can he just suddenly change at any time

Was told it was a red bar when I brought him but after looking at a few pics online at others I was swayed to a blue bar myself

Can anyone tell me if my 4 month old is a red bar or a blue bar please as was told its a red bar when I brought him
