I came home and found rex dead. I don't even know how to explain how sad I am. Ive had him since his whole body fit on my pinky finger. :(

Thanks jann, i like atching them do it because its somewhat like natural behavior. Thats how he was at first, he would just run away. My jacksons would go to the bottom the the umbrella plant and just sit under the mist and close his eyes like he was sleeping.

Yeah thats normal. Rex is pure white and red when he sleeps. It varys on the morph of oustalets you have. They did i study on the morphs but the link is broken. i seen it once. there is like 7 known morphs.

Thanks, oustalets take a little less than parsons tto fully mature. Id say he will be full grown anywhere from 2 to 3 years.

He is 21-1/2 inches, 355 grams
