It could be a snake. They look kinda like snake eyes too. I can't tell if they are more like snake eyes or gecko eyes.

IDK. The eyes just look like gecko eyes. But it might not be getting ready to ambush. It might just be hiding from a predator.

Honestly, I couldn't figure it out. Based on the eyes, I want to say that it is a species of gecko.

Yep. I felt so bad because I thought I had killed it. Then I saw that the tail was still wiggling, and since I thought that I killed it, I freaked out.

Yes, I would love to handle a Glass-Snake again. I have handled one once, but that was when I was really little and I wasn't careful, therefore, the tail popped off.
