Agreed Agreed, But is this urgent?? Seems that the light is not emitting heat, and that is OK with you, so really the ONLY problem you have is "should I put this in the cage with my lizard?", Well no, (READ ABOVE) but....the real question is..... Did you have to list this urgent??
