Is it okay to use a mercury vapor lamp for a chameleon enclosure? right now im using a normal basking lamp, but when he out grows it and i up grade to a bigger cage i was thinking of getting mercury vapor lamp.

I usually just go to my local reptile shop and buy 100 crickets for 5 bucks. my cham usually scarfs them down within a week and i usually never find any dead in their container. just give em enough food and water then boom you and your cham are good.

whats so bad about phosphorus? im just wondering cuz i have some calcium without d3 and low phosphorus...woud i be able to dust my crickets daily with that?

well dang no pet store around was selling calcium without d3 and no phospheros. but i found some calcium with no d3 and low phospheros would that be good to feed almost every day?

alright, the dude at the reptile store today was saying to use d3 if hes being raised indooor and i was confused cuz every one has been saying to use d3 twice a month. cool lean somthing new every time i log onto chameleonforums:D

would it matter if i'm raising him indoor? would i give him calcium with d3 if that was the case? i take him out side when ever its sunny but only for a couple hours.

see idk if im doing good with suplementing then cuz i use calcium with d3 on one day then multivitamins the second day, and minerall outdoor the 3rd day then i just repeat. not good? and i use tap water...so should i use some filtered water?

haha lets hope its not a drug porblem i dont want the little guy overdosing. but i use rep cal multivitimins and calcium with d3, then i also use miner all outdoor. would you consider that to much supplements?

try feeding him some butter worms you can order some small ones from mulberryfarm
