Wow looks like I’ve missed out on a lot of @JoXie411 memes lately. I have a lot of liking to do haha. Here’s a piece of bacon for you to look at too give you some meme fuel :ROFLMAO:
Please to any new owners watching this do not feed an insect wider than the space between the eyes haha. I’m also curious on what that last bug he tried eating was? I guess we will never know
What one did you get? They are amazing cages the dragon ledges are really the standout feature of the whole cage but the cage itself is built very well also. You won’t be disappointed.
I would still fill out the form that was given above. Usually the advice given at pet stores is abysmal on keeping these animals. There may be some things we can help you correct in your husbandry if we see anything wrong.
That is gotta be a Male right? Those spurs are too defined. The colors and markings he was showing in the first picture though really made me think female too. As said already do not peel the shed off if your husbandry is correct it shouldn’t take more than a few days for it to come off by itself.
Yeah if they have similar leaves I don’t think I have any. I’ve looked pretty well and had no luck finding anything that looked like a mulberry tree. I have a bunch of oak, maple, crabapple and apple trees with a mixture of blackberry and blueberry bushes and a lot of bushy vines that I don’t know...
I’m not sure haha. Do the leaves look similar to the white and red trees? I pretty much know when I see a red or white mulberry tree now because the leaves are pretty easy to tell apart from other trees and the ones bearing fruit always have a bunch of berries on the ground.
Lucky! I’ve searched far and wide for a mulberry tree in my area only found 2 so far. One is in a park and the other was in a parking lot haha and I’m not about to go pick from those because I’m sure it’s against the law somehow and possible pesticides. I have 4 acres of woods behind my home and...

Like Brody said probably just normal veiled chameleon behavior. They tend to be one of the more aggressive/territorial species of chameleons. I have heard yawning does give a clue on a possible shed soon and since he’s pretty young a shed could be upcoming. Also I’d quit the mealworms they are...
Wow very sad to hear this...at least you gave it your all and tried your best to save him. This whole thread shows the respect you had for this animal and how hard it must of been to go through this. I’m very sorry for your loss Becca. At least he’s not suffering anymore. May he Rest In Peace up...
Green is my favorite color so I do like ambilobes but that blue on tye really catches the eyes. I vote for tye :) they both are very beautiful though in their own way
Making a frame out of bamboo trellis on the sides or using fishing line and tacks as said above would be your best bet. I’ve heard people using magnets as well. If you want to spend some extra money and if your cage dimensions allow it I’d look into dragonstrand ledges.
24x24x48 dragonstrand large keeper screen. Lots of manzanita branches that I ordered, and real oak branches from outside. Also a couple fake foam vines and bamboo as well. Plants are Pothos,Croton, schefflera, and bromeliad.
