Run a bulb next to your uvb in that fixture. But if you want strong plant growth, you're gonna need more than those two T5 Bulbs.
Plants will probably grow with just that fixture, but will be leggy and weak.
Return it if you're not comfortable.
There are other options for lighting such as T5, or you could go with LED strip lights like the ones they use for under counter lighting. I've used these...
Sooo.....
Pretty much any intense light (LED or otherwise, including the sun) can damage your eyesight if you look at long enough.
That said, I definitely think an LED-type of grow light will do more damage (and quicker) than any of the other options currently out there.

To get some branches up higher, create vertical anchor points. Use straight branches, or dowel rods. Florist wire works well to the it to the screen.
As long as you don't go and try to hang a flower pot from them, it is more than strong enough for your branches/vines

Luckily, both of the stores are good about taking care of the problem...
If you go with aluminum you will want to mount it to the cage frame.
That is the concept behind the dragon ledges, all the weight is transferred to the frame instead of the flimsy screen.
If you are handy, you could try to do something yourself. But, you'll probably be a little surprised at the...
Try to set up a dripper instead of misting. (I'm assuming you are misting during the day so the cham can drink.)
Misting in and of itself will drop the temp in the enclosure.
True. A little curious myself to know what would lead to the ban. But from what I have heard/read, some of the FB forums are of the "my way or the highway" mentality.
That said, one would think , if indeed the pics were so dramatically offensive to their mindset, they would want to leave them...
You might want to check with Bill, he may either have an idea of a pan that will fit under that particular enclosure, or he may be able to make one for you.
